Book the Opening Call

Your business runs through you right now. It doesn't have to.

You've got 50 to 150 people. Every approval and every exception still comes back to you.

Book the Opening Call

Free. 60 minutes. No cost if the 10 wasted hours aren't there.

Where the Hours Actually Go

Why does everything still have to go through you?

You already know the answer. You just haven't had time to fix it.

Leak 01

Orders.

Opened and copied into the ERP by hand. Fifteen times a day, sometimes more.

Leak 02

Email.

The same message answered twice, because nobody split the inboxes.

Leak 03

Reclaims.

Once a year, everyone in a room, searching old threads for every product return from the last twelve months.

You started this business to build something. Somewhere along the way it became a job where you're on call for problems nobody else can solve, because nobody else knows where all the pieces are.

You've probably tried something already. ChatGPT is open in another tab right now. It answers questions. It doesn't run your order desk while you're three weeks into an actual vacation.

The business isn't the problem. It's already profitable, already busy, already proof that you know what you're doing. The problem is narrower than that: it only runs because you're inside it, every day, holding the pieces together by hand.

About Tobias

You already know what takes the most time. I build what removes it.

Dörröppnaren isn't a metaphor I picked for a website. It's what I actually did.

Tobias Ahlin

Twenty years ago I started selling to the world's most demanding data companies. Betting operators, gaming platforms, banks. In the last ten years of it alone, I sold over 30 million dollars of the most expensive software there is and made President's Club five times. At Snowflake, my last stop, I watched the company grow from 350 million dollars to 2.6 billion while I was there.

Somewhere in there my body started failing before I noticed. Bad kidneys, a bad liver, high cholesterol. All from stress. In the same stretch of years I lost nine people close to me to cancer.

My wife's youngest sister. A colleague I'd worked beside for years. My stepbrother.

Nine people. I had the money to stop. I didn't know how much time I had left to use it.

Behind the numbers, the picture was different. Constant pressure, never enough, and children growing up without me noticing. A blood test at 42 showed what my body thought of the pace: high cholesterol, poor kidney and liver values.

So in April 2023 I walked away. Not fired, not burned out into a settlement. I chose it, on my own terms, at 42.

The name of this company is Dörröppnaren. The Door Opener. I closed one very large door on my old life, and I've been opening smaller, better ones ever since. Now I open them for other people too.

I don't sell tools. I build the operational system that lets an owner-led company grow without the owner being the bottleneck. That's the whole job.

Five steps

The Dörröppnaren Method

Five steps. Nothing gets built before it's measured.

Diagnose.

A free 60 minute call, just enough to know if there's real time to recover here. Skip this and you're guessing at the problem instead of measuring it.

1

Map.

I write up exactly where the hours and money are leaking: which task, how often, what it costs you across a year.

2

ROI Plan.

A short, ranked list. Build this first, because it pays for itself fastest. Build in the wrong order and the budget goes to the least valuable fix.

3

Build.

The automation gets built and tested against how your business actually works, not a generic template. Most builds take days, not months.

4

Handover.

You own every licence. Everything is documented and tested before I step back. The system doesn't depend on me any more than it should depend on you.

5
How I Build

I don't build with homemade solutions.

I use the same infrastructure the most effective operational teams in Europe are working with today.

That means the system is stable from day one. And it means you own it when we're done.

  • n8n
  • Notion
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • ChatGPT

No lock-ins. No proprietary code. No surprises.

Why Not Just ChatGPT?

Because a chatbot answers questions. It doesn't run your order desk.

Doing nothing.

Costs you the same 60 hour weeks you're already working, and caps how big this business can get.

A Stockholm consultancy.

Sells digital transformation at an hourly rate, in language built for a boardroom you don't sit in.

A ChatGPT subscription.

Answers questions well. It doesn't sort your inbox, crawl your orders, or keep running on Monday morning whether you're there or not.

How This Actually Works

No jargon. You'll know by the end of the free call if there's anything worth building.

1. The Opening Call

Free, 60 minutes, online or in person. I ask what's eating your week and do a rough check on whether there's real time to recover. No pitch.

2. The Operational Freedom Plan

A written map of your bottlenecks, what they cost you per year, and a prioritized build recommendation. If I can't find at least 10 hours a week worth automating, this costs you nothing.

3. The Operational System Build

I build, test, and document the automation itself, checked against how your business runs before anything goes live. Most builds land in days.

4. Local System Partner

(optional)

Ongoing improvements, support, new automations as they come up, a quarterly check in. Not required.

The Questions Under the Question

The doubts you're not saying out loud on the call.

Risk

“Is this just another consultant wasting my time?”

If the diagnostic doesn't find at least 10 hours a week worth of manual work to automate, it's free and I walk away.

Belief

“I don't understand AI, it's too complicated.”

You don't need to. I translate it into hours and money, not technology.

Risk

“Will I be locked into your software forever?”

No. At handover, you own every licence and every piece of documentation.

I'm not a Stockholm company. That's the point.

If that sounds like a downside, this isn't for you.

Companies in central Stockholm get called by every consultancy in the country. Companies forty-five minutes outside it mostly get called by no one, even doing the same revenue. I spent ten years selling to the first kind of company. I'd rather work with my neighbors now.

Good match:

  • Your company does 30 to 300 million SEK in revenue in or near Täby.
  • You're still the one every approval and every exception comes back to.
  • You want proof it works before you commit a single krona.

Not a match:

  • You want a logo you recognize from a billboard, not a person who answers the phone.
  • You're hoping to hire your way out of this instead of fixing it.
  • You'd rather keep guessing at where the hours go than spend 60 minutes finding out.

Open the Next Door.

Your business already proved it works. What's left is proving it doesn't need you standing inside it every hour of every day.

Book the Opening Call

No pitch. No cost if I'm wrong.
